The Makita 18v Li-ion mini reciprocating saw is a small, easy to handle reciprocating saw with quick release blade change. The attached LED job light on this mini-saw helps for consistent clear visuals when performing tasks in different lighting conditions. This reciprocating saw has a shoe adjustment feature allowing a full range of access to the saw blade and can extend it for bigger jobs. The mini reciprocating saw also has a tool less blade clamp which makes swapping out blades both safer, as you don’t get your hands too close to the machinery and makes it incredibly quick and easy, upping efficiency. The variable speed control feature on this 18v saw has two switch levers to make operation easier and versatile. - Tool less blade clamp: For this Makita reciprocating saw blade no tools are needed to clamp the blade into the tool, it is secured to the shaft assembly. To use this blade clamp, just press up on the black lever insert the blade and it is locked in the clamp. Simply turn to remove the blade.
