Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Recommended for urgent tool requirements
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Economical option for non-urgent orders

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Contact our trade support team if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our professional-grade power tools and lighting equipment with a fair returns policy designed for tradespeople.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Show no signs of use or damage
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Torches and Lighting with signs of use (due to potential bulb/component wear)
  • Any power tool showing evidence of worksite use (scratches, dust, or wear)
  • Products missing original safety certifications or labels

Return Process

Follow these steps to return your professional equipment:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our trade support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the tool in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Dundee facility using a trackable service. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of angle drills, circular saws, or other tools:

  • Follow the same steps as the return process
  • Clearly state the replacement item required in your initial email
  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process the return

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for Credit Card/PayPal refunds (plus 2-5 days for bank processing)
  • Method: Funds will return to your original payment method
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to opened but unused professional tools

Damaged or Defective Tools

If you receive a damaged or defective impact driver, reciprocating saw, or other professional tool:

  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  • Expect priority processing for your replacement
